Three Hills Capital takes stake in hotels group

European private equity firm Three Hills Capital Partners (THCP) has acquired a minority stake in the operator of Hilton and Marriott hotels.

The investment in the Amsterdam-based hospitality business Borealis Hotel Group was made by Three Hills Capital Solutions III, which closed in 2019 at €540m. The vehicle invests between €30m and €70m in growing companies in Europe and North America.
